Thermal Imaging Included in Our Inspections
As part of our inspection process, MK Property Services uses thermal imaging technology to help identify issues that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection.
Thermal imaging allows inspectors to detect variations in surface temperatures that may indicate potential problems within the property. It is used alongside the standard visual inspection and forms part of the overall assessment.
Thermal imaging observations are indicative only and form part of the overall inspection process.
What Thermal Imaging Can Help Identify
Drone Roof Surveys Included
Where safe and appropriate, our inspectors assess the roof from ground level and by ladder. To ensure nothing is missed, we also carry out drone surveys — providing high-resolution aerial footage and imagery of the entire roof.
The roof is one of the most costly elements of a property to repair. Our drone capability means we can inspect ridge tiles, flashings, chimney stacks, and other elevated areas with a level of detail that simply isn't possible from the ground alone.
Drone surveys are subject to site conditions and local airspace restrictions. Your inspector will confirm suitability on the day.
