Warranty Inspection
Inspection before your developer warranty expires.
Most new build homes include a two-year developer warranty period. A Warranty Inspection identifies issues that have developed between the property handover date and the expiry date of your warranty period. As a result, it should be conducted before the warranty period expires. This ensures any defects are documented and reported to the developer for correction.
